Raphaëlle Gatin, founding attorney
Attorney at law since May 2017, Raphaëlle Gatin dedicates her practice to French nationality law and immigration law.
She holds a Master 2 in International Law and International Organisations (human rights and humanitarian law) from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, as well as an LLM from the University of Edinburgh (Scotland). She is also a graduate of the professional training school for lawyers of the Paris Court of Appeal (EFB).
Before founding her own firm, Raphaëlle Gatin practised as a trainee lawyer and then as an associate in firms specialising in immigration and French nationality law, including seven years within the Immigration and International Mobility Department of a leading business law firm.
She also has experience in employment law, which is an essential asset in her immigration law practice, enabling her to address with precision the issues related to the employment of foreign nationals.
